Quote templates and branding
Put your logo, terms, deposit and email wording on every quote you send.
Upload your logo
Go to Settings › Company. Under Company Logo, drag in your logo or browse for it. It appears on quote and invoice PDFs, on the customer’s online quote page and in customer emails.
Set your quote defaults
In Settings › Quote Defaults, set Quote Validity (how many days a quote stays open), your Deposit percentage, and Currency & Tax. You can also choose the default Quote Send Channel (email, text or both) and, if you take payment in stages, set up Payment Stages.
Write your terms
In Settings › Quote Templates, edit Terms & Conditions. New accounts start with a neutral template, so read it through and make it yours. You can use {validDays} and {depositRate} in the text and they are filled in on each quote. Turn on Terms Acceptance to have customers tick that they agree when they accept.
Quote email templates
Also in Settings › Quote Templates, Quote Email Templates set the subject and message sent with a quote. Add more than one (for example a first quote and a revised quote) and pick the one you want when sending.
Check it before a customer does
Create a quote on a test job, open Preview to see the PDF, then send it to your own email or phone to see exactly what a customer receives.
